Attendance Reporting
Your child's safety is important to us. If your child is going to be absent or late, please ensure that you are reporting your child’s absence via any of the following three ways:
-the School Messenger/Safe Arrival app or
-the online School Mesenger page or
-call the toll free attendance line at 1-844-305-3756
You can report a full day absence, multi-day absences, late arrivals or early pickups using any of these processes.
In Case of Bus Cancellations
Our school will remain open if buses are cancelled or delayed due to in-service operational issues or inclement weather.
Please check My Big Yellow Bus Transportation Alerts for individual bus information. If you are able to bring your child to school safely, please do so. Please communicate your pick up arrangements with your child's teacher directly. If your child is not attending school due to bus cancellation, please enter their absence using School Messenger.

To Volunteer at School or on Field Trips:
All TVDSB school sites require a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) to be completed to volunteer in any capacity. Please contact the school if you would like to apply for a VSC and we will provide you a letter to submit with your application.
Annual Offense Declaration -Volunteers must complete an offense declaration every school year following the initial vulnerable sector check to keep your police record check valid. You can print off a copy of this form in your Parent Portal and send it to school. If you have any questions, please call the school. We're happy to help.
